Cramping 22 wks

Anyone getting cramps in lower pelvis at 22 wks? What is this?

Could be braxton hicks? Are you dehydrated or tired? I always get them if I've gotten little sleep and/or I'm dehydrated.

Agree with the PP. I get them if dehydrated but also constipated too. Hope they ease for you

@Snackasaurus @calimommy sounds like it i thought i was drinking enough but have been feeling thristy il have to try upping the fluids girls thanks x

@MamaToBeOMG it's easily done I find when I'm at work, I drink loads but not when I'm at home. How has your pregnancy been so far?

@Snackasaurus its been good i think a challange as at 22 wks am still feeling sick and dizzy but it will be worth it how about yourself x
