Am I pregnant? Please could someone help me out!?

So I've attached a picture of my pregnancy tests. Took one at 5pm and it was a very faint positive but definetly a positive and then took another one at 8.30 same evening and its negative! I dont want to say anything to DH just yet incase I'm not! I dont have periods as I am still BF my 18month old daughter but if I am I'm guessing im still in the very very early stages.

Please someone shed some light and tell me if you've been through something similar.

Agree with getting a FRER and testing first morning urine.

Yes! Last cycle I tested like mad. There was one day where I tested earlier in the day and negative, then tested again that evening - dipped three tests including a FRER in the same sample and had positive ICs and half a pink line on a FRER. Tested again later on that evening - totally negative again. Still don't know what happened and whether it Wasa very short lied chemical that I only caught because I was testing soooo much. I wasn't pregnant that cycle and AF came as normal but I got pregnant next cycle and am currently 5+4.

Try again first thing in the morning as you're wee is usually more concentrated :)

That late on your urine will be quite diluted so try again with first morning urine and you should get a better result, definitely recommend a first response test

Hi sorry for never updating, thought I would just incase there is anyone that is going through anything similar. So after i tested positive i did another 5 tests in the space of 3 weeks all negative but i was convinced i was pregnant (I've had 3 kids before so know the feeling well). Anyway turns out I am pregnant got a clear positive last week 72 hours after testing negative! I am between 5 and 6 weeks so must have picked up a tiny bit of HCG really early when I tested positive first time. Xx

HELP?? Needing some help.. can anyone see a line? Or am I going crazy. Thanks 😊

Yes I can, though it looks a bit flooded

@Sara2991 the test looks flooded - best idea is to pee in a container first thing in the morning and dip the tests

Congrats!! Its those cheap Internet ones there rubbish I ended up chucking mine and sticking to frer. Those ones never showed up for me till after a clearblue digital and im 15 + 3 now lol x

That is the way I done it before, I’ll take another tomorrow morning.

@Sara2991 take a frer to me sure honestly there the clearest and most reliable but early detection pink dye ones always have less evap lines as i put the shrug emoji as it is faint so could be evap. Fingers crossed for u x

Looks like early positive. Could you take FRER or CBD or even another red dye cheapie?

How many days after ovulation are you @Sara2991? I agree that looks like a v early positive and I also agree to use first morning urine with a pink dye FRER. They are by far the easiest to read early on

So I took another test this morning & it was negative!.. don’t know what’s going on. I have all the symptoms that I did before ( mc last jan) I’m really starting to loose hope! 😣 x

I've convinced myself I was pregnant and turned out not to be a few times hun. Im 15 + 5 now and to be honest its true what everyone says. When u stop worrying it will happen. I had an ectopic and due to that was not using protection but worried about getting pregnant again so not actively watching my ovulation etc... and thats when I got caught. this is the one that's stuck even tho im still in denial that it will stick around. I think that my unstressed attitude of dont get upset or attached it will just go wrong is somehow helping little one stick around this time. Ironic!! Good luck and keep trying x
