Just that really. I’m sick as a dog and exhausted, which is doubly crap with a mad toddler to entertain. I don’t remember feeling like this with him, but maybe I’ve just blocked it out. All I can stomach are plain crisps and pot noodles. When does it get better? I don’t know how I’m going to cope. I’m contemplating telling work and calling in sick for a couple of days, but I work in a very male dominated industry and imagine I’d be met with a lot of eye rolls. No point to this post other than to have a moan. Thanks for listening x

Even though I was less sick in this pregnancy I actually felt worse overall as I have a toddler to entertain and run around after now so you literally can't just stay in bed or nap can you so I thinknits quite common to struggle more second time round. But as it will have done last time it does pass, be kind to yourself, plonk the toddler in front of the tv abs have a break, they won't suffer for it Smile

@sarahc336 thank you for replying to my whinge! You’re right it’s so much harder not being able to listen to your body all the time. I really hope it gets easier. Currently nibbling through another pot noodle while my other half does bedtime so not alllll bad I guess!

Feeling for you! My sickness stopped at 16 weeks.

The sickness will pass so for now just literally eat whatever you can. I'm now 35 weeks with said 3 year old and im exhausted again 😂😂 still think the sickness bit us the worst though, take care xx

I think you might be me a few weeks ago...I'm still sick at 8+1

Praying the sickness goes at 12ish weeks like my last pregnancy.

My first was mild nausea, this is awful. But I posted about 6weeks and some suggestions were anti sickness meds and lollipops. Both are massively helping me get through the day

All you can do is hang in there and don't let yourself get too hungry! My sickness started around where you are and was gone by 14 weeks - it's a long 8 weeks but you can do it!! Let your other half takeover - I literally didn't cook a meal or do any laundry for that 8 weeks - just couldn't!
