Sharp upper stomach pains 11 weeks pregnant

Hiys girls has anyone had sharp pains at top of stomach when pregnant? I’m only 11 weeks pregnant I can’t remember these with my son so now I’m worrying😟 they only lasted about 10 seconds and now gone x

Could it possibly be bowel related? Gas?

@calimommy well I've had trapped wind/gas the last 4-5 days and it hasn't felt like this it was just a sharp sharp pains at the top of my stomach xx

I have IBS and my bowel pains are extremely painful. But if you havent got bleeding or cramping then I wouldn't be concerned that it was pregnancy related.

Me! 🙋🏻 I have no idea what it is. 🤔 I've been putting it down to trapped wind / gastritis (I get it near my ribs too sometimes). It's actually eased during week 12. Bit of a mystery for me too I'm afraid!

I had the worst trapped wind pain ever earlier in pregnancy, it was quite high up and took a while to pass! It kept moving so didn’t stay in one place!
It could be trapped wind?
