TTC is it best to have sex in the days before ovulation or after? I've read before is best and also after is best 🥴 I had a positive ovulation test yesterday and we'd done it the day before...

Your egg can only survive for 24 hours after ovulation, so you'd need to have sex within this time frame after it was released. However sperm can survive for a good few days, so if you had sex a couple (or more) of days before ovulating, this 'window' could be successful too. I think the advice is to have sex every couple of days over your fertile period. Good luck!
