Hey everyone,

I'm 27, from Lanarkshire, and 5w+4 with my first pregnancy.
I was wondering if there are any good apps you have that you have found really useful.

In particular, I am looking for one that helps you know what food to eat/avoid, but I'm open to any suggestions for apps you have found useful. Smile

The midwives recommend the baby buddy app.

For food you only need to worry about the NHS website. There’s a lot of websites and apps from different countries that don’t have the same food standards as us.
