Have I poisoned myself?

Hi all! 22 weeks pregnant today and been cleaning the surfaces in the house with antibacterial spray.

I sprayed it onto the cloth and then a little amount of spray got into my mouth.

Should I do anything about this or is it fine?

Ring 111 if you're really worried, but honestly drinking some water will probably set you right - if you're not feeling any burning or discomfort I very much doubt any harm will come of it.

It was inhaled rather than sprayed directly into my mouth, it sort of felt like breathing in a few droplets.

I feel fine and bottle doesn't say anything and swallowing it, only if it gets in eyes?

You’ll be absolutely fine.
You could probably squirt it directly in your mouth and you’ll still have no ill effects (wouldn’t recommend it though)
