Nausea at 24 weeks

I’ve been awake most of the night with nausea despite luckily escaping the dreaded morning sickness in the first trimester.

Everything I’ve eaten this weekend has been cooked by me using fresh and in date ingredients apart from the takeaway pizza we had on Saturday night. The pizza came from a local place we get from all the time and I didn’t have concerns about it when eating it. I’ve also barely left the house, except to go for walks, so don’t think I could’ve picked up a bug.

I haven’t been sick and I’m not having any dodgy bowel movements so wondering if anybody has had the same?

Do I call my midwife or wait to see if my husband gets sick? I don’t really know what my midwife would do with this information apart from tell me to wait it out, although I have googled (I know it’s the worst thing to do!) and have seen that it can be a sign of preeclampsia.
