5 weeks lower back cramps

Woke about fifteen mins ago with lower back cramps, no bleeding at the moment. Feeling really anxious that it's the start of a miscarriage. Any advice please?

It's so common to get back /abdomen pain from 5 weeks onwards. I was pacing the room at 5 weeks, constantly changing positions! Your body has already started the process of pushing upwards!
Don't jump to an MC conclusion

I've had these on and off over the weeks! Now 7 weeks. V common and nothing to worry about without red bleeding/clotd
