Drinking bottled water when pregnant -BPA?

Hi all! Currently 22 weeks pregnant.

I read online that pregnant women shouldn't drink out of bottled water or have ready meals because the plastic may have BPA in it.

Anybody else heard that this is a thing?

Thanks Smile

Basically follow NHS guidelines, some of the stuff you read online is OTT.
Bottled water and ready meals are fine, obviously not ready meals regularly.

BPA isn’t good for us full stop, just all depends how far you want to take avoiding it. I have a big berkey water filter.

BPA are also in some tea bags and tins are lined with it. I try to avoid it as much as possible it's not very difficult when you get used to it. Hard to avoid completely but doing best as we can. I also tried to reduce the amount of chemicals in cosmetics that are not recommended in pregnancy such as chemical spf. Now looking at natural rubber dummies with no bpa and bottles..
