Botched stitches - repair after second labour?

After DC 1 was born, I had 3 stitches for minor tears. (I was pretty grateful to get off so lightly after friends suffered some far worse.)

However... one of the stitches clearly wasn’t good enough, and it has left a piece of vulva skin now sticking out! It doesn’t cause me issues day to day, but it’s not ideal. if I wasn’t going to have another kid, I’d be looking at getting it fixed for sure.

Has anyone had previous issues ‘fixed’ when being stitched up after a subsequent labour?!

Or did you have to go to a doctor at a later stage?

Might be granulated tissue. I had similar but it caused me discomfort and pain so I had it removed - think they used silver nitrate and burned it off
