I am 5+2 with my 2nd
My little girl is 4 years old and by this point with her I had several symptoms including spotting and vomiting which lasted until I gave birth unfortunately.

This time around I have virtually nothing other than occasional bout of tiredness but I don't know if that's down to pregnancy or not tbh.

I am really concerned about the lack of symptoms as I thought having bad sickness the first time meant I would likely have it as bad or worse again.
Right now I would not even know I was pregnant if it wasn't for the positive tests.
Should I be feeling worried or hopeful that this time might be easier ?
I also had pre eclampsia with my daughter which developed at 34 weeks

I am the same but I am 18 weeks now. With my first I was hospitalised I was that ill, I was convinced I would only have one child because of how sick I was, but to my surprise I fell pregnant again. I genuinely have experienced no sickness this time around and it's another girl - I was convinced I was going to miscarry because of how normal I felt. So don't worry too much, perhaps it's just your body being kind to you this time around!

Every pregnancy is different, different sperm and different egg so whatever you experienced in your first pregnancy won't necessarily happen with the second. Symptoms often kick in at around 6 weeks so try not to worry just yet xx
