Hi everyone🌷 can u pls help me with this. I had my c section 31 days ago, bleeding after birth stayed but started to reduce day bu day. During last week, it was only spotting but today I had a heavier flow, it is my period? Can it come back after four weeks only? I thought the bleeding should stop and then I can have my period. Thanks, M

Were you more active yesterday or today? Physical activity can make the flow heavier

Hi there, I was in a similar situation to yiu . It sounds to me like you have got your period , it wouldn't bleed like that again. Just to note , I was really concerned as had my period , it started to get lighter and then wow it came back really heavy. I was worried I was bleeing internally but it was fine, just heavy after birth x

I had a section about 25 days ago and my bleeding still comes and goes.

It depends how much I've done in a day really.
I'd think a month post partum is too soon for your period.
