Need advice!!

Hi all,

Posted before about having some period type cramps but they went away... I’m 35+1 with first baby and have had period type cramps pretty much all day, tonight they’ve been getting worse and I can feel some tightening, also seemed to lose a bit of mucus plug...? Is this normal, sorry ftm and dont know what to expect

I'm no expert , I had a pre planned c section so didn't experience labour. However as you are not full term , I would contact the maternity suite at your local hospital , they will be able to give you some advice. My midwife gave me a list of numbers with this service on there, do you have something similar? I was checked out by them twice when I was pregnant and it was good just for piece of mind
