Hi all

I am 23 wks work in an office but currently working from home, work have said they need to do risk assessment to make sure I sit properly and take regular breaks, how is this risk assessment carried out? I dont want anyone coming into my house, very paranoid right now with covid etc. Is it a form I need to complete or something? First pregnancy so new to me

Thank you for any advice

Mines was a computer questionnaire but I believe different workplaces may have different things so ask them how it’s done. After I did mine I got a footstool and a laptop riser given to me.
