Help with birth registration please

I know this is probably a dumb question but there's no info links on the council website - where it says babys place of birth do you put the town i.e. Swansea or the name of the hospital? X

your not the only one. When I register my DS when he asked where he was born I said which hospital and then he said "no what town was he born in" ahah. So its the town/city where you baby is born
