Is this a thing? I'm not bed bound and its not 24/7 but good god do I feel rough. The tiredness is constant. I feel sick, then I eat to rid the feeling, then I feel sick again. My emotions are ALL over the place.

I don't know if I'm looking back through rose tinted glasses but the first pregnancy couldn't have been any easier...

I feel the same!! With my first baby nearly 3 years ago I remember feeling a bit more tired than usual but had a really easy pregnancy no sickness etc... I'm now 15 weeks pregnant with second baby and until about 3 weeks ago I was so rough, being sick nearly every day, barely eating because of nausea, no energy what so ever! That's all calmed down now but little things like my back is already aching and the growing pains are more intense... I just wasn't expecting it! Hope you're okay OP, you're not alone😘 x

I hear ya! You are not alone OP, I am the absolute same. Stuck in a vicious cycle of tired, feeling sick, eating, feeling sick, tired. And a shit tonne of heartburn! None of which I experienced in my first pregnancy past the first trimester.

I think for me it's more amplified because of COVID restrictions. I find getting out distracts me, but I'm seriously tired of where I live having walked everywhere within the area for months and months!

I thought the same about looking back on my first pregnancy with rose tinted glasses, but everyone I've spoken to has felt the same about their second (or third) pregnancies!

We can do this!!

Yes to the indigestion! I have it right now because I ate a bag of crisps. It's so frustrating. I sound like a right whinge bag but I hope this doesn't go on until the end...

Yes! With first baby I floated through pregnancy, was small and neat and remember saying "oh I just feel really pregnant tonight" - the day before my waters went! Prior to that everything was dandy.

With this one, I have feel like crap from the start. I haven't worn Jean's or trousers since about 6 weeks. Just lived in leggings and dressed. Had horrendous sickness which meant being off sick for 10 weeks. Had some other health issues which meant finishing for maternity leave at 34 weeks. My eldest is in nursery 3 days a week so I was so looking forward to a break during these days. However, his bubble is isolating!! So I'm not even getting that. Also, my blood pressure is now high so I'm getting monitored more often.
