Pre Scan nerves

Got my 20 week scan in 2 hours. I have a horrible feeling of dread. No idea why.

With my first I was a bit anxious before the scans, as I think most women are, but never like this. This feels much worse.

I haven't felt any movement for a day or two but I haven't felt much at all yet anyway (21 weeks). My first 2 scans were fine, everything was healthy.

Not really sure why I'm posting. I know that no one can reassure me except the sonographer.

I'm always the same, nothing wrong with you. It's a serious scan tbh, so yes it can be revealing in the wrong ways. However the worry doesn't change the outcome, it's already in motion. Wishing the best for you, good luck!

How did you get on?

Hope all went well OP, those pre-scan nerves are totally normal x

Thank you so much for your kind replies, everything was ok. It turns out I have an anterior placenta, so that explains why I haven't been feeling much movement!
