Abdomen measures 2 weeks behind at 32 weeks :(

I'm freaking out :(
Head is on track, femur is a day ahead but abdominal circumference appears to be behind. Doctor wasn't worried and did not order more tests, saying it's probably just a lean baby, but that did not ease my mind.

Baby's previous measurements 4 weeks ago were right on track.

My next scan is in 3 weeks. Such a long time to wait Sad Any positive stories and outcomes? Could she catch up at the next scan?

I was 2 weeks behind for most of my third trimester. I had 3 growth scans from 33-39 weeks. He came out 9lb 9 after estimated 7lb 6 at 39 weeks. Was 11 days late though

Don't worry, op. It's a very crude measurement. It probably means you have good absGrin.

With my first DC I was by far the smallest in ante natal group, but he was 8lbs 8.

I wouldn’t worry too much about abdominal circumference. It varies massively depending on how much amniotic fluid they’ve swallowed at that time and what position they are in. Two weeks sounds like a lot but really it’s not!
