Hi

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Im worrying and looking for some advice. I had some brown discharge which was checked out 2 weeks ago at about 7.5 weeks pregnant and all seemed fine. Today I have had a little bit more but lots of very yellow mucus and then lots of lighter watery discharge. So much so I needed to change my underwear! Sorry TMI! The epau and my gp aren't interest and have said phone back if I start to pass clots. I dont feel very reassured as I've has two miscarriages before this pregnancy and can't face losing another. Has anyone else experienced this kind of discharge before?

Thanks x

@JeffV sorry I can't help I just didn't want to read and run. The only thing I can say is are you able to go for a private scan? I know you have to pay but at least it would settle your mind. I had a mc in June and I'm currently 11+3 and have had 2 reassurance scans. Xx

@JeffV I had similar at around 10-12 weeks and all was healthy. From the masses of googling I did, I think it's ok. I've also had previous miscarriages so I understand the worry.

I agree on getting a private scan if you're able to.

I think it's red blood you need to be worried about. Brown blood is old. Is there a lot? Discharge that's watery is pretty normal if I remember correctly and I think I had some quite thick sticky stuff as well! Perhaps speak to your midwife rather than GP?

Thanks all - I will try and get a private scan. I dont have a midwife yet which I'm finding really hard. I feel very alone and because of the 2 miscarriages I'm worried this means its all over. Its was quite a lot, I was at work so had to put a pad in but ive not had any this morning. Im scared the scan will show mmc but its better to know sooner rather than wait for the 12 week scan
