COVID testing in labour Scotland

Hello
Interested to hear if anyone in Scotland has been tested for Covid in admittance to hospital or in advance of an elective section? Or have you heard of obstetric staff being routinely tested? When I last spoke to hospital they said they weren’t doing either at cases so low but this was two months ago and numbers are obviously waaaaaay higher now. I feel it’s something really simple and that it should be done so new mums and babies can be protected as much as possible and put in appropriate wards or rooms after the birth if they do test positive. Interested to here thoughts.

My due date was last Saturday and I seen the midwife just on Tuesday there and I’m all booked in for an induction but nothing has been mentioned about a Covid test so I’m presuming they aren’t doing them yet.
