Heat rash

Does anyone have any tips for treating heat rash?! I’m being driven mad by the itching and sitting here with an ice pack between my boobs 🤣😭

Glad you posted I’m suffering the same thing but under my boobs. Got some medicated talc but the itching is driving me mad.

It’s terrible isn’t it? I’m off to the pharmacy after work to see if they can recommend anything, will let you know if they have any suggestions!

I’d 100% recommend Dermol cream. It’s anti microbial and moisturising. Put it on twice a day. Think you need to get it from pharmacy (I’ve never found it anywhere else)

I get heat rash and eczema and it always does the trick for me. Just need to be patient as it can take a while for it to clear up. Don’t stop applying til it’s all gone!
