Breastfeeding once a day.
Been TTC since early September (6th but safe to say since the 14th). Date of expected period was September 23. I've been eating a variety of nutritious foods though I have added weight since my last pregnancy. I got pregnant straight away last time. Had hyperemesis gravidarum. I've done 8 pregnancy tests since my expected period till today and they have all come negative. I don't want to go to the gp right now if I dont need to. Please tell me what you think and whether I have waited long enough to take the test.

Menstrual cycle:
My periods have been regular this year with medium to heavy flow. My cycle isn't 28 days every single motnh. It can sometimes be a little longer. I remember going to my GP some 14 years ago because I didn't menstruate for 3 months whilst I was travelling (i have missed a month or 2 since). Few years ago a GP made a passing remark from an ultrasound I did 14 yrs ago, that she was surprised I wasn't diagnosed with pcos. I never had a pcos diagnosis but my mum has it. My pms symptoms include being a bit sensitive, a chocolate bar and feeling strange around my lower back. However, last menstrual cycle, I had a really bad back pain.
I'm in my 30s. Tall and I'm not at my ideal weight.

Sept 21 I had a dip in temperature also had an itching sensation around the chest. Chest has been fuller.
23rd I woke screaming from excruciating pain from a leg cramp.
28th and 29th I had a very small amount of dried blood in my nose.
29th I had a very light spot of blood when I used the restroom.
I've had some acute pains and pulling sensations in my lower belly mainly but have sometimes felt strange sensations around my ovaries.
I feel nauseous like I could vomit. I feel hungry but haven't been super excited about preparing foods for about a week (I usually am enthusiastic about preparing healthy foods). I feel like I've needed to urinate more often.
I've had heartburn but I have also probably had foods that may have contributed to that. Don't remember that being an early pregnancy symptom.
I have those morning sickness sensations but just not throwing up.
What has your experience been?
Have I tested to early?
Could my symptoms be something else?
Any insight would help. Thank you.
