Signed off sick with HG - not heard from work

Signed off for 6 weeks now. Keep sending in my sick notes but little acknowledgement. My couple of work friends never message me back either.

Is this common with pregnancy? It’s certainly not enticing me to go back any time soon!

I’m back after being off for a week and it’s like I’ve betrayed everyone. This is despite me working my arse off, half the time vomming my guts up and feeling like absolute death. Dr offered to sign me off for longer as I’m still keeping absolutely nothing down but the stress from work makes it even worse so I’m here. Sorry you also have an unsupportive workplace!
