Just looking for peoples experiences? Unfortunately my baby has slowly started dropping the centiles. I'm now 37 weeks, he's around the 5th centile and weighing roughly 4lb 12oz. I'm currently sat in the MAU waiting for someone to tell me what's happening (whether I'm looking at early induction). Either way, he's growing so slowly so whenever he comes he won't be much bigger than that (unless the scans are completely off).

Just wanted to know if anyone was in the same boat previously? Should I expect that my baby will need extra support even though he's full term, so NICU time? Or is there still every chance he will be healthy just small?

I'm driving myself crazy with worry. Everything's been perfect until 35 weeks🤦🏻‍♀️

I had a similar thing with my second. He was small. They talked about induction early (35 weeks) as his growth had slowed however because he was growing (slowly) and everything else was ok they decided to leave him in but with close monitoring. He was born at 40+2 weighing 6lb. Perfectly healthy.
He is now a huge and very noisy 4 year old.
Hope all goes well for you!
