Ante Natal classes

Hi,

I am 26 weeks pregnant with my first and was just wondering if people do the antenatal classes. I know currently most of them are zoom calls at the moment but it's just the midwifes I have seen, haven't really mentioned these classes to me.
The NCT provide classes you pay for but are there any free classes to attend??

They offer free NHS ones from the maternity hospital here so probably worth checking on your hospital website to see if they offer anything.
