Hiya everyone,

Sorry for the long post!

Past few days I've had really itchy toes, like I'm the top of them between the nail and my actual foot. I get it on both feet. Some rough/bumpy yellow ish patches have come up where I get the itching.

Left foot- middle toe, and in between the big toe and first toe

Right foot- all over the big toe and in between big toe and first toe

I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant so every little thing is bothering me at the moment and I'm worrying it may be something related to the pregnancy. Any ideas? I've been using some E45 cream on them for a few days to try help it, but it's still like it and getting worse.

I had a bad nights sleep last night so I'm over tired today, had some pains around my cervix (didn't last long and weren't overall painful, just uncomfortable), and general aches and pains all around my belly, especially top half. All of which isn't helping my mood towards the itchy toes🤣

Anyone have any ideas on what it could be, or if it is something of a concern?

I've attached some photos and circled the areas. Excuse my weird ass feet😂

Thanks x

Chilblains maybe?

Oneandabean · 05/10/2020 15:57

Sounds like chilblains, keep feet warm and dry, there is cream you can get but I’ve never found it makes any difference.

Ok thanks guys! I did look that up and it mentions about being out in the cold which I haven't been but still never know! Will make a point of keeping them warm. Thank you Smile

Get yourself checked OP - could be this (my daughter has it).

@Sophie2309 sorry to tag you just want to make sure you see what I posted above. It's prob not chillblains, it's a recognised condition at this stage of pregnancy (likely) and needs checking out - it's not serious but please call your midwife etc they need to check your bloods.

Thank you! I was questioning this as I've had on and off itching on the soles of my feet for a little while (few weeks) but it's nothing that has been consistent so my midwife just said to keep an eye on how often I get itchy. But now with the toes being itchy more, I've had some on and off pain in my upper belly today too. I have swollen feet and hands but that's been a gradual thing which can vary on a day to day basis depending on how much walking I've done. Baby has been VERY active today so that pain/aching could just be her but I'll definitely get checked! Xx

Ah just wanted to be sure you saw my message, thank you. My daughter has had the itching and they've been doing bloods weekly to keep an eye.

Very best of luck. Flowersx
