I am 17 weeks this week! Slowly but surely getting there.

So I am looking for some advice. Last year I got diagnosed with 2 mild bulging discs in my L5/S1, and I was always worried that it may cause some issues during pregnancy. I was seeing a chiro and we were doing some pretty progressive treatments to help make it better. But being military, we moved to Arizona and now I will be seeing a new chiro on Monday. BUT I have been having trouble sleeping.

I know they say to sleep on your sides but my hips/shoulders get SO sore from sleeping on my sides all the times and when I lay on my back, my right thigh goes NUMB in a matter of minutes. I'm assuming I'm pushing on a nerve.. once I move, the numbness goes away. Also I am a mental health therapist so I sit down a lot during the day for sessions and I do have a lumbard support for it, but when I get up the round ligaments hurt so bad in my lower abdomen. I try to stretch but it doesn't help too much.t

I have looked at a body pregnancy pillow but I can't find one with decent reviews (within the last few months, all the good reviews were from 2 years ago). I've looked into doing prenatal yoga but haven't gotten around to it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this better? I am pretty proactive but this I'm a first time mom and I am not sure what to do!

I'm afraid I don't have any advice (wish I knew some tricks). I'm 21 weeks and for the past week I'm waking up constantly aching or in pain. Trying to sleep on my left side and the whole left side aches, shoulder, ribs, hips, leg. I've got a V shaped pillow but have just ordered a full body U shape to see if that helps anymore. I try to get up and go for a walk in the morning which helps loosen things off. Hope you find something that helps.
