We bought our snuzpod 3 bundle from pramworld and they were very quick. It was dispatched the day we ordered it and it arrived either the next day or the day after, can't quite remember. I believe they are in the north of the country and I am in the south so it didn't take long at all to get it. Planning on buying a cotbed bed from them as well as it is so much cheaper than anywhere else.

Yeah they are a well known brand, we've bought lots from them. They also have large physical stores where you can go and try things out.

Yes, several big things. And it was great customer service when I had a faulty item

Yeah my husband and I went, for an outlet they only had the high end stuff in store. However there are more variety of everything online.

We initially went to look for a nursery set at pramworld and also the mama's & papas outlet. We ended up using online4baby couldn't recommend them enough we spent £400 on a nursery set saving £600+ that I was willing to spend.

I got my car seat from pramworld in Stoke-on-Trent. Have had an issue with it (the brands fault not theirs) and their customer service was good. Also handed out little freebies at the shop which was a bonus!

I’ve been buying from them for years. They’re my go to, or rather they were when my kids were young enough to need buggies/prams etc. They are often one of the first companies to stock certain products.

I ordered a Baby Bjorn bouncer from there - all fine.

I'm no where near their stores and I've ordered online from them - pram being the biggest thing as they were so much cheaper than anywhere else for a better package (I do try and use stores and local places first). Their service was great, super fast delivery. No issues to use their customer services though, but I read a fair bit about them before ordering from them and was really happy.
