Early pregnancy signs?

I always seem to feel tired 😂. But I do feel so bloated. Mild cramps/stretching type of pain around the bottom of my stomach. Not sure if I'm just over thinking and it's period pains 😫

I had so few symptoms, earliest were tiny zinging feelings in my tummy (assumed it was wind) and a serious urge to nest, as in to clean the house from top to bottom, I’m talking EVERYWHERE

Sore breast, feeling so tired and cramps! I have PCOS and don't have periods so I knew it must have been pregnancy.

My earliest sign was headaches! I had a constant headache for nearly a week! And the tiredness! 😴

I didn’t have any symptoms before my test - I was amazed it was positive! Only took it because my period was a day late and we’d been trying.

My first symptom was my stomach gurgling really badly. It's what made me test because I still felt crampy like I was gonna get my period

None before test, got my BFP with a free at 9dpo. I think sore breast started about a week later and then sickness at about week 7/8

My very first symptom was a tingly nipple ... so random! But I'd never had it pre-menstrustion before so that is what got me thinking "I could be pregnant." 🤔

Another really early symptom every time I have been pregnant was that I could feel my pulse in my bum ... so weird. Think I'm in the minority with that one! 🤣

Heart burn! I must of had heartburn from the moment I conceived, not a sufferer and suddenly I'm taking extra strong gaviscon and withering in pain
Still didn't put two and two together until the positive pregnancy test
