Sore nipples in third trimester?

I'm 34 weeks and my nipples are suddenly really sore! Has anyone else had this? They feel a bit warm too. I can mostly find stuff online about breast and nipple pains in the first trimester.

Yes I had this, they were so sore in third trimester.

Oh that's a relief! It's just one of those things then. It is very uncomfortable...
