6weeks bleeding and no sac in my scan

I am 6 weeks pregnant, I had bleeding scanty after I pee , some time with clot , I don’t have pain ,i visit the doctor and she scan me and she couldn’t see the Sac she asked me to repeat the pregnancy test which results as positive 1653 then she asked me to come back for Followup after one week, she told me that it may be Ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage,

I didn't want to read and run. I don't have any useful advice but just wanted to say I'm so sorry that you're going through this

I'm sorry you're going through this. The thought of a MC or ectopic is heartbreaking. The waiting to find out for sure is awful. Please look after yourself X x
