Hi guys,
Just wondering if any of you have had problems with oral thrush during pregnancy.
I had it for 2 months in the beginning but it cleared up mostly with nystatin but a few months later its started again, ive had nystatin again which has helped but not cleared it, I've tried scraping it off, good oral hygiene but its not helped clear it.

Has anyone tried anything thats helped?
Im going to go back to gp after the weekend but want to see what others have experienced too.
Thanks x

Not pregnant but struggling to get rid of oral thrush (after antibiotics)
Have tried daktarin and fluconazole and now nystatin. They seem to help and I start to think it’s gone, and then it comes back.

I'm currently 24weeks pregnant and I'm currently taking nystan too for the second time this pregnancy! I would say get some alcohol free corsodyl mouthwash and use that until the bottle is gone. It's about £5 from boots! 100% gets rid of mine almost overnight!

Keep using corsodyl and it will go away, trust me! :) Good luck x
