Pregnant with a cold!!! HELP

I'm 25weeks and just came down with a nasty cold I don't have a cough just blocked nose muscle aches and a bit of sneezing I had a sore throat but that's gone now I feel sooo sorry for myself I just hope my baby is okay 😓

Also I saw a bit of blood in my phlegm which worried me I called my Gp and they didn't seem worried I've been drinking warm water with lemon and ginger and honey which has helped a bit. I also had my flu jab done yesterday so I'm not sure if the side affects of that is making everything worse

Who Else is pregnant and experiencing a cold right now 😭

My son had his flu spray and they said he may get cold like symptoms.

I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I’ve just got over a really really grim cold. Your baby is fine- babies are far too strong to be effected by a cold. Especially without a temp etc x

13+5 and had to cancel my 12 week scan today. Worried about screening, but midwife said there are options...

Nasty cold. Cough, slight fever... getting a covid test tomorrow just to rule it out, even though cough is phlegmy (sorry tmi).

Feeling pathetic and sorry for myself.

I had swine flu when I was pregnant with my oldest. It was grim but she was absolutely fine, babies are much harder than you might imagine and are well protected in there. Just focus on getting better and dont stress
