Sickness and nausea

Has anybody else experiences similar and managed to overcome it?

I am 6+2 and feeling very sick all day. I haven't been sick but am feeling like I could be sick any moment. With my first, I had no sickness at all, only tiredness.

I have found that so far, this time around, if I eat a piece of toast or something when I feel sick, the sick feeling goes away for half an hour.

With my first, I piled weight on (after baby I was 4 stone heavier than before but lost 5 stone within 6-9 months) and I am scared of that happening again. I am currently a very healthy size 10 and I am 11 stone. I am worried that eating whenever I feel sick to calm the feeling, will make me put lots of weight on.

What else can I do?

ALSO, I definitely don't want to tell work yet but am struggling to keep the tiredness and feeling sick a secret. I am a Year One teacher and I have them with me all day a part from 20 minutes that o have to eat my own lunch, so I worry that I will eventually have to run out to be sick.
