I'm getting shooting twinges in my fanjo (34+3) what does this mean?

They don't hurt Just feel really odd. I'm getting them allot at night but they are little and often (lasts about 5 minutes then stop). I was just walking around the house today and go two big shooting twinges.
Just wondering why this is happening is it normal?

Oh the joy! It's even weirder later when you walk round feeling like you've a bowling ball wedged in there
