26 weeks and feeling uncomfortable

I'm 26+3, and sometimes I think I'm getting Braxton Hicks, it seems to be when I've been more physical that day, eg worked or even hung loads of washing and cleaned. Some days are fine but others like today my bump keeps feeling uncomfortable, some occasional pains lower down,it just hurt in 2 places getting into the car as though i stretched it,but on a normal day it wouldn't hurt or feel tight like this. Is it just a case of braxton hicks on and off do you think? Hate days like this it makes it hard to walk about much and it's even worse when it happens on a work day. I have a 2yo but don't remember this feeling really

Does it hurt when you are resting? Or only when you are active?
It could be pelvic girdle pain (PGP).
I have PGP and on days where I’m busy, it can be really uncomfortable and painful. But it doesn’t hurt when I’m sat still or on the sofa.
Does it hurt when you turn over in bed?

It doesn't hurt when I'm sat or laid still, sometimes hurts turning in bed. I've done a 5 hour shift at work, don't get to sit down on this short shift and I could barely walk at the end, my hips were stuff and achy and my stomachs just constantly feeling tight. I've got midwife appt next week I am going to speak to her about it as I feel like anything that's mildly physical is killing me off
