iCandy Orange duo Vs Bugaboo donkey

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to hear thoughts on the icandy orange or the bugaboo donkey. I'm a FTM and we're hoping to have an 18 month age gap so wanted to purchase a pram that can be used should we have another. The two can be converted from a single to a double so appealed to us. I just wanted to hear any pros or cons for the two that we may not have thought of.

We have the orange and I love it. Looked at the donkey too but was too wide for me. We had baby DS in the carrycot and toddler DD in the seat for a while, then DS in the seat and DD used the built in buggy board which is fab. Expecting number 3 any day (so will be 18 month gap between 2 and 3) and am so glad we have it, as will go back to carry cot and seat for a while, and then likely 2 seats, and then back to baby in seat and DS on buggy board. Also love that for ages we’ve just used it as a single since DD hasn’t needed it, and it’s just like a normal single when you’re not using the additional seat. It’s light weight and easy to push and good over grass (had an uppababy Cruz initially and found it impossible to push unless surface was really smooth). Loads of room in the basket. Easy to fold up and down and get in and out of the boot. I do have a friend with the donkey though and she loves that!
