Mucus plug?! Pic warning

I'm 40 weeks plus 4 days. Just had this in the Bathroom! Due to see midwife at 10.30 for a sweep! Should I call her? I didn't have this with first pregnancy x

I'd wait, it isnt long until your appointment and unless your having contractions she will probably tell you to still go to your appointment, just make sure your bags are ready as could be the start of things!

Thank you! I called midwife for a heads up and she said as long as I'm not in pain could drive myself to the appointment and they'll see how things are. Hoping it won't be long before I meet the fashionably late missy lol x
