Is fruit tea in pregnancy safe? 😊

Yes. Why do you think it wouldn't be? Stay away from raspberry leaf though!

@orangejuicer thanks for replying! 😊 I knew about raspberry leaf and apparently hibiscus too but wasn't sure if there were any more to stay clear of 😊

I think it's recommended that pregnant women avoid anything with liquorice root as a precaution, sadly I found that most of my favourite pukka teas contained it.

Although I suppose they are more herbal than fruit actually.

Fruit teas are fine but you need to be careful with herbal teas.
