I am just over 7 weeks and currently feel exhausted constantly.
I work night shift so not sure if that is making it more difficult but any tips would be great.
Not sure if the exhaustion is adding to my nausea as that seems constant too lol.
First time mum to be but two previous MC so advice greatly appreciated!

No tips really other than try to nap if/when you can, but just wanted to say that I’m around the same stage as you and really find that when I’m tired the nausea seems so much worse.

For me it’s late afternoon when it hits and I’m trying to make sure I keep my work calendar free of calls then so I can sneak off for a snooze

The nausea is crazy! I find that it is worse when I wake up which is late afternoon. Struggle to eat my dinner before work too as everything just makes me feel more nauseous lol.
Glad to hear it is not just me though.

I spend my days off literally doing nothing which I am sure must be making it worse as they say you should do light exercise at least 🤢

@Buffbeag Same here! I spent yesterday doing pretty much nothing which makes me feel like I need to be productive today, so here’s hoping I can manage the nausea a bit better today. Sure I’ll still have a nap later this afternoon.

For the last couple of weeks when we’ve had our monday team meetings and everyone chats about what they’ve done over the weekend, I feel like I’ve been on repeat ‘err, nothing much’ and can’t really say why yet!

@BlueJayTO yeah the worst of it is trying to hide it.
I'm actually quite glad for lockdown restrictions as means I can't go see my family so it is easier to explain why I'm in the house constantly lol.
I also work in a small team so trying to explain why I am so tired all the time is awkward. Kind of wish I could work from home sometimes lol
