Cramping 16 weeks

I'm 16 +3 and suddenly having some cramping on my left side belly, when should I worry as it has been about 20/30 mins and hasn't stopped?

Have a pint of water, then a cup of tea and a biscuit and sit down. It's likely dehydration and stretching pains. Don't worry just yet ♥️
