Blood in urine

I was checked around 3 months ago for gallbladder problems that all can back fine but when the checked my urine they asked if it was that time of month (which I wasnt) because it showed ++++ blood. Yesterday was at the doctors getting some tests done to rule out a few things cause of the pains I have been having all over my body to be asked the same thing (if it was that time of the month) because it showed ++++blood again in my urine. Should I be worried I have no other symptoms of urine infection.

Do you have a temperature? I had no signs of a UTI but had blood in my urine. They only tested because I didn’t know why I had a temperature as I felt fine!

@Teakind no temperature at all only thing I have is pains all over my body but this has been for a year which is been on and of for a year other than that feel fine dont feel sick or unwell at all.
