Is this amniotic fluid at 19 weeks?

Hi all! I'm currently 19+5 weeks pregnant and I have a bit of an odd question for you all.

Since being pregnant I've always had a lot of excess discharge however, in the past couple of weeks or so I have noticed something different.

When I go to the toilet I can see in my underwear that I have my usual discharge at the top of my underwear which is usually white or watery and smells like cm, but the. I have even more discharge towards the middle to back part of my underwear which smells quite sweet.

I'm not sure if this is amniotic fluid or if it's my anus leaking?

Has anybody else had this?

I'm not sure who to call as it's the weekend, there are no midwives at my hospital.

P.s I have attached a photo of my underwear and as you can see on there, it looks like the discharge is coming from different places?

Is it not just sweat?

@snapple21 No it isn't, I originally thought that but I change my underwear twice a day and never sweat

That just looks like a normal amount of discharge to me but if your concerned phone and talk to someone.
There are always midwives at the hospital 24/7 even if they are not on the assessment unit there will be lots on duty in the antenatal wards and labour ward so if you’re concerned call the number and talk to someone, see what they say, they might ask you to come in or maybe book you in for monday.
