Back Pain?! 3-4 weeks

I found out yesterday I was pregnant. From the last period it would mean I'm 4 weeks pregnant. I've been having bad back ache for the last 2 days and had to have paracetamol. It's not so bad when I'm up and walking. Has anyone else experienced bad back pain?? I had a MC at 5-6 weeks 6 months ago and it's all I keep thinking about 🥺

Yes back pain just like period type cramps is how I'd describe it. Lots really early on but I'm still occasionally getting it now and I'm 16 weeks

Feeling very weak and maybe being on your feet to much I can’t even get out of bed much , it really sucks for me at the moment I’ve been suffering with new emotions and walking can make me feel faint and make my back hurt so best advice is stay in bed and rest I’m currently 7 weeks
