28 weeks leaking blood and colostrum

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and when massaging my boobs I noticed I’ve started to produce colostrum but there’s also a few blood spots too, mentioned it to midwife who wasn’t too worried but asked me to contact gp who has now referred me to Breast clinic?? Has anyone else had this

I had this with my first drops of colostrum. I think they call it ‘rusty pipe syndrome’. Totally normal apparently. As I’ve expressed more colostrum it has gone completely.
