Hi Ladies,
Is anyone else due on the same day as me or similar?
This is my third baby (DS 13 and DD 9) and she's lying transverse and has been since the scan I had at 17weeks.
Is anyone else the same or are your babies engaged now?
My midwife says they allow for her to turn up to 36weeks and then they will intervene so fingers crossed 🤞🏼 5 weeks to change position.

The sonographer says baby has really long legs and has her feet up by her face and is clearly comfy like that so I'm assuming if she doesn't turn then it will be a csection?

I'm due the same day as you and baby was frank breech at my 28 week growth scan, but they weren't concerned and just said they'll check at my 36 week scan. I think baby has flipped around half a dozen times since then judging by movements so we'll have to see!

@Addler face that's amazing 😍 fingers crossed then, this baby hasn't moved at all she's stayed firm in this position.
I haven't got any other scans booked as of yet but we shall see 😊

I'm hoping it's turned as I'm starting to lean towards a home birth, but I've been thinking of plan B&C and I think I would rather have a C section than an ECV.

Have you had a look at the spinning babies website? I had a look on there when they first told me baby was breech but at the moment I think it's head down as I'm getting kicks up high so haven't tried it.

@Addler yes I agree, there is still time yet.
no I haven't looked at that I'll have a browse.
Yeah that does sound like your baby has moved. I don't get any up high but hopefully will soon xx

Good luck!

Hi @LRHRN, my due date is 26 November and my baby was in breach last time they checked with his feet above his head. He was like this last two times I was checked. I think it's normal? Midwifes/doctors didn't comment on it.

@MsBee13 ok maybe I'm worrying for nothing then. I'm at the midwife again in 3 weeks so will see what position little lady is in then xx
