hi everyone, sorry i have to attach the pic but im worried. I'm currently 17+1 and haven't had much pregnancy discharge since I had a bleed between 10-11 weeks. Yesterday I had quite a bit of cramping and assumed it was a mixture of finally baby dancing after being super cautious on Tuesday and not drinking enough water however today I'm a little concerned as I noticed a massive increase in clear snotty discharge when wiping. I'm worried because I'm still having light cramping and since baby dancing, my back and hips and hurt constantly. I'm scared to call my midwife again because I think they're annoyed by me now. I've been a nervous wreck this entire pregnancy especially since I had bleeds.

If anyone has a similar experience please let me know.

Clear or white discharge is normal in pregnancy op, and that consistency looks normal too. I've had discharge like that, but usually white in colour, pretty much since puberty, and it has really turned up to 11 in pregnancy. As long as it doesn't have an unusual colour or strong odour it's probably fine.

You shouldn't feel afraid to contact your midwife if you have concerns - that's what they're there for - but personally I'd advise you to try to relax and think about something other than pregnancy for a bit. Time goes faster that why... Though granted I am not very good at following my own advice in this!!
