First scan nerves

Hey everyone. I have my first scan coming up.. But I feel so anxious and nervous.. This is my second pregnancy and I feel completely different too what I did with my daughter no sickness etc I don't even feel pregnant and its making me worry something is wrong! Has anyone had similar feelings?!

@ClaudiaRoseAitken, first pregnancy I mostly felt fine as long as I ate. This one I feel like . Last baba was just fine and I had an early scan and so far this one is too.

I say they are all different. When is your scan?

I’m the same, sickness with first nothing with this one, it made me worry more. I’m now 22 weeks pregnant, still no symptoms apart from tiredness but baby is doing well.

@LifeIsBusy my scan is in the next few weeks I can't wait I'm around 10 weeks now! I feel so much more nervous that I did with the first because the symptoms aren't their!

@Oneandabean that's so good too know we must be lucky and not getting any symptoms hopefully once Iv had my scan the worry goes :) xxx

@ClaudiaRoseAitken we must be due about the same time. Im 10+2 and can only feel jealous of your lack of symptoms.

I had hardly any symptoms or sickness in the first trimester, all was fine! I was really nervous too but it was a lovely experience.

Now 28 weeks and feeling a myriad of miseries, so enjoy feeling ok while it lasts!

Feeling pretty much identical to you! 2nd pregnancy with far less symptoms this time round. I’m nervous for my first scan too, which is in a couple of weeks.. and I had a MMC (found out at the scan..) previous to having my first born. Just out of curiosity, do you have a boy or girl? I have a boy and felt so nauseous with him up till 20 weeks. Have everything crossed for us all xx

@pandapower I had a boy last time and felt mostly fine so I assumed this one was a girl because I feel awful...

yes starting to now. Not had an early scan. Got my scan on Monday! Just read a few post about mmc and no embryos and Im shitting myself. So I try my best to keep busy!

@blodyn91 If you think about it people are only going to post about the unknown, scary and awful things that can happen. Someone isn't about to start a thread telling you everything went swimmingly. Also, the people likely to comment on such scary threads are people who have unfortunately went through the same experience as they knowledgeable input to provide to the threads.

@LifeIsBusy this is what my OH says, the % of people who have had bad news etc will always be higher on these forums! I just left my phone upstairs all afternoon, I don't dare google on my work lap top. That helped ☺️
