Has the new restrictions had any impact on partners being able to attend scans, or birth etc?

I have a scan next week and was looking forward to DP finally being able to attend.

It completely depends where you are. In my trust partners are still allowed at scans and birth, but I know that isn't the case everywhere. I'd call your midwife and ask.

Getting a hold of my midwife is a nightmare, all answer machine and call back promises..

My hospital has only just started letting partners in again so concerned its all going to change again.

The last government update said it's down to each hospital now.

I googled my hospital, looked on the COVID section and it told me all the updates

My hospital are now allowing all partners in to visit between 10am-10pm, can be there for the whole labor but still aren't allowed to scans or appointments apart from 20 week scan
